Full House Remodel/Restoration/Addition - Larkspur
Complete restoration, remodel and addition of a 1930's era two story cottage style home. Building was gutted down to the studs and an existing covered porch was demolished. New family room addition was built, windows replaced with re-framed openings, and in some instances relocated. Building had extensive water damage and dry-rot which necessitated complete reconstruction of lower floor exterior walls. Foundation damage and sinking was repaired and underpinned which also included raising and re-leveling of several floor and ceiling elements. Interior living room walls were removed and re-framed to create an open design. Finish work included stain grade clear vertical grain douglas fir trim detail throughout. |
